The Heaven Zone is far from heavenly, as Xros Heart quickly finds out from a peaceful and just digimon named Lucemon. The police force lead by SlashAngemon rules with a heavy hand, scaring the inhabitants into obedience and peace. However after they are blamed for a crime they did not commit, Mikey and the others oppose the zone's police. Can they prove their innocence? Or will they face the heavy penalty of death?
